General Order Questions

We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Payments are processed via Stripe with is the industry leader in safe online payment processing.

While we do ship worldwide, we’re unable to ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen

The short answer is- it varies on type of product and current supply. However- generally you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks of purchase. US/Canada will likely receive their orders faster, while international orders can take longer to process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order on the USPS website.

All orders are charged at the time they are placed.

If you are ordering from outside the USA, your package may be subject to import taxes and duties fees.
The import taxes and duty fees vary from country to country, and are based on the value of the merchandise.
To find out how much you could be charged, contact your local post office for more information.

As international shipping times vary from country to country, we cannot consider a package lost until it is missing for 6 weeks.
We may be unable to track packages once they leave the country, so please contact your local post office with the tracking number and they may be able to provide you with more information.
Returns

We’re a small business, that creates the item as you purchase it- therefore returns resulting from the size or color not being what you thought it was can be very costly for us.
Therefore- we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective/damaged.
If you receive a damaged / defective item or the item isn’t the one you ordered- contact us.
